To Frame or Not to Frame

It is totally up to you!  I have painted all the edges of my work to match the painting.  You do not have to frame unless you want.  I do not use unusual sizing in my substrates (canvas), so framing should not be an issue.  Simply use a screwdriver to remove the wire hanging materials on the back of the substrate before framing.  

Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days from the order date. Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Mailing confirmation and tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

First class usually delivers in 2-5 days within the Continental United States, Priority mail in 1-3 days. 

Please note that in some cases if you order multiple items, your items may arrive in separate packages.  This is to keep items from getting damaged.

I do not offer overnight/express delivery and I only use USPS (United States Postal Service).

At this time, I do not ship internationally.  I will be adding international shipping soon. 

Cancellations

If you change your mind about an order, please contact me using the Contact Me section before your item(s) ship.  Once shipped, I cannot cancel/change an order.

Item(s) Damaged During Shipment to Customer

In the unfortunate event you receive your item(s) damaged, please contact me using the Contact Me section within 5 days of receipt of package.  Many of my pieces cannot be replicated exactly, but I will work with you on solutions, whether it is an exchange or refund.  

Refunds/Exchanges

Returns for refunds/exchanges are accepted, but buyer pays for return shipping . The item must not be damaged . You must contact me within 10 days of receipt of the item to let me know you are returning an item for a refund or exchange. The item must be well packaged to avoid damages. Any item that is returned in inadequate packaging that is damaged during shipping will not be refunded/exchanged. Please contact me if you need assistance on how to pack the item. A refund will not be issued or an exchange item will not be shipped until I receive the returning item.  The only exception to this policy is if my shipment to you arrived damaged.

Commissions and Custom Orders

I am willing to do commission and custom order pieces.  Please reach out to me using the Contact Me section and we can work out a plan.  Please note, not all requests are doable, but I will definitely try my best to work with you on something you have envisioned.

 Gift Cards

I cannot issue Gift Cards for my website at this time.  I hope to have this feature soon!
